Good to hear. So not whole, not a whole lot of maintenance to do, but overall, when there is an issue there’s no point in beating around the bush. Absolutely not. I mean, we, we, we definitely offer premium quality in our workmanship. You can read our reviews that would kind of give you an understanding right there that we do a good job and we’re here for the customer and, and, you know, we want you to call us back whenever you have a problem with something else.

Great. Well, I know that sometimes you can overpay for very poor quality or you know, underpay for great quality. That makes a lot of sense. You know, I’m always more comfortable making a buying decision after reading reviews, learning more about what other customers have to say about a product or service. And that’s right in line with that. Well, when I book a call with you, here’s another kind of a strange question, but I’ve called, an appliance repair for my oven, repair Tulsa before, and they just didn’t show up. I’m not going to have that problem with you.

Allan:
No, you won’t have that problem with us. You know, if we have a mechanical issue with one of our trucks or something, we always call you and let you know that you know, what’s going on and either reschedule or just let you know that we’re running late. How do you get such great consistent reviews from your customers?

Allan:
Well, we do a good job. I mean, we take care of the customer. We don’t overcharge for the services that we, that we provide. You know, we’re, we’re just very competitive and you know, again, we, we take care of our customer, you know, we want you to leave us a good review. We don’t want any bad reviews, you know, obviously, that’s not good for business, you know, so we try to keep our prices in line with you know, professionalism and, and that’s just how we do it.

George:
Okay. Well, how long have you been doing this? It’s just something you’ve started recently or I guess how do I know that you’re good at what you do other than the reviews?

Allan:
Well, me personally, I’ve been doing appliance repairs all my life since I was 14 years old and I’m 52 now, so he can do the math on that. But you know, I’ve had a lot of schooling just keeping up with different products that are coming out of continuing education. So, yeah. You’re not going to get somebody that’s, you know, just a warm body in a truck that doesn’t know what he’s doing when they when I arrived.
