Why Might You Need A Washer Repair Tulsa?

Here is an insightful conversation between AB Service Company and a longtime customer, discussing the need for your washer repair Tulsa.

Bob:

This is Bob here, and I’ve been a customer with AB service company for a numbers of years, but I do have a number of questions to help others learn through my experiences and most of all Allan’s experiences and his expertise. First question for you, Allan. First of all, I appreciate you taking the time to answer some of these questions and help customers like me through these difficult experiences. But I wanted to learn a little bit more about washing machine repair and when would be the best time to get that taken care of, if my washer is not draining

Allan:

Well, if your washer is not draining, then obviously you should call a repairman to come out for your washer repair Tulsa. You could have something stuck in the pump could have a bad pump. You know, it just the fans would just have to get there and take a look at it. But yeah, you definitely want to call someone ASAP if it’s not draining.

Bob:

Got it. So if my washer is not draining I like to use a lot of big accessories or, or a utensil sometimes that may fall through to the bottom. Is it possible that something could get stuck down there

Allan:

You’re using utensils in your washing machine?

Bob:

No way! I meant to say “Clothes”, not “utensils”.

Allan:

You meant clothes? Okay. Well that’s, that’s good. Because utensils in your washing machine would not be a very good idea for your washer repair Tulsa. It probably caused a lot of problems there, Bob. But yeah if you’re finding utensils in your washer, you should definitely quit doing that and call us immediately.

Bob:

Got it. Well, here’s another concern here. I’ve had a friend have this question about the washer, not filling up with water. Is that something I should give you a call immediately for if not, what should I do

Allan:

If your washer is not filling? I think I would check the the valves at the back of the washer first. Make sure you haven’t inadvertently, you know, turned one off. I would also turn the water off take the hoses off. It just takes a, you know, a regular pair of pliers to take that off and make sure there’s not any sediment or something built up in there. That way you can save yourself a service call just by cleaning it up yourself and hooking it back up.

Bob:

Okay. That’s very useful to know. And another common issue I guess, would be a, a pretty straightforward one. It’s just not spinning.

Allan:

Okay. Well, if it’s not spinning, you probably have a lid switch problem. You could have a timer problem. It just depends. I mean, we would just have to come out and look at it on certain, certain raw washers. If you get like a sock stuck in the pump or something, it won’t spin either. So it could be something simple. It could be something technically that, you know, might take a while and a little bit of to fix.

Bob:

Okay. And then every once in a while I get this issue with just about any appliance and I’m really bad with appliances, so I don’t really know what to go for here, but sometimes it just won’t turn on. Is there anything I should do?

Allan:

If it doesn’t turn on at all, I mean, I think I would unplug the washer for a couple of minutes. Some of your newer washers have electronics in them and sometimes you can get power surges or something like that through the house. So I would definitely unplug the washing machine for at least two minutes, excuse me. And then try it again and see if it works. If it doesn’t then, you know, call us and we can come and take a look at it.

Bob:

Okay. Well that makes a lot of sense with that. And then lastly, I think another common issue would be a leaking issue with the washing machine that may require a washing machine repair, but I don’t want to give a cough. It really is something that I could handle in three seconds with my lack of expertise. But if it’s not that then I definitely want to look at AB service company. Do you have any input on that?

Allan:

Well, if your washer is leaking, obviously you know, try to get a flashlight or whatever, and try to figure out where it’s coming from check the hoses in the back. Sometimes you might just have a loose hose that you can tighten up yourself and save yourself a service call from the washer repair Tulsa, but if it’s leaking underneath, you know, or something like that, then you’ve probably got a bad water valve or maybe a bad pump leaking, or maybe even a hose that has a hole in it or something. And you would definitely want to give us a call at that time so we could come out, then take a look at it and then repair the problem for you.

Bob:

Okay. So that’s a couple of good things that I could look at before giving you a call, but I may have to do so anyway. Well here’s a question I have in general, I’ve worked with a number of other appliance repair companies and heating and air companies. And sometimes I noticed that they just don’t show up. How do I know you will?

Allan:

Well, I mean, we always show up, I say, always show up for your washer repair Tulsa. You know, sometimes you can have an issue mechanical with a vehicle or something like that. But if we do have a problem like that, we always call the customer and give them a courtesy call, you know, to let them know what’s going on. But actually it’s funny you say that because I was at a customer’s house yesterday and she told me that she had called this other company and they had given her a window when they were going to show up and it was actually a four hour window and they never showed up and she called me and I showed up 30 minutes later and fixed the issue.

Great Communication For Your Washer Repair Tulsa

Bob:

Wow. That’s unbelievable. This does really happen quite frequently with just any contractor and it’s pretty crazy. You would think that it’s not too much to at least communicate with the customer and let them know what’s going on. We don’t expect everything to go perfectly every time, but to at least do that

Allan:

Well, you know, everybody has a cell phone these days, so it’s, it’s pretty simple to just make a courtesy call real quick and say, Hey, look, you know, we’re having an issue and you know, either reschedule it or just let them know that you’re going to be running late. That’s pretty simple thing to do.

Bob:

Completely agree. So I do appreciate your communication with that. And what would you say really puts you on the map as far as you know, why, why should we choose a B service company? Do you have good reviews or good? Right.

Allan:

Well, first of all, I would tempt you to go and read the reviews and see we have over 200 five star reviews and, you know, that’s just something that you need to research yourself when you need your washer repair Tulsa at that point. You kind of have to go with your own intuition and, and, and what you think would be best for you. Obviously we have 200 plus five star reviews because we do a good job. We don’t overcharge. We call our customer before we head that way. We have Curtis, Curtis what am I going to try and say here at courtesy employees? So you know, I think we’re the best company in the town and I think that’s why we’re rated the best.

Bob:

Wow. That’s a lot of reviews and you don’t get 200, five star reviews on accident, that’s for sure. Well what about kind of an off topic question here, but I know you do a plenty of appliance repair and even washer repair Tulsa. However, sometimes I need someone reliable for my heating and air system as well. Do you take,

Allan:

Yes, we do. We do heating and air conditioning as, as well as a appliance repair and we’re very well versed and experienced in heating air conditioning. And we can take care of any problem that you have, including installs of new equipment.

Bob:

Okay. Well, that’s really useful. And then what about some kind of a service agreement to keep my heating and air needs going year round? Do you have something like that as well?

Allan:

We do offer a service agreements where we come out once in the summertime or actually the spring time and service your air conditioner to get it ready for summer. And then we also come out in the fall to get your furnace ready for the winter.

Bob:

Perfect. So if I had you schedule like a tuneup for my furnace right now or got you for my washer repair Tulsa, would you be able to also hook me up with a service agreement?

Allan:

Absolutely. You know, we we enjoy selling the service agreements just because, you know, we know that that makes us money and it also takes care of our customers and, you know, any service issues that you may have that are underlying, that you don’t know about. We’re most likely going to find when we come and check it out.

Bob:

Right. And that does come with a discount. So it really is a win-win situation with your customers and the business. And we appreciate helping businesses who help us as well. Well, it was a huge pleasure talking with you, Allen, but before I let you go here is there anything else that we should look for when it comes to picking a contractor for our heating and air needs or clients or pair needs aside from just the great reviews?

Allan:

Well, again, you know great reviews make a company. I mean, you know, it’s something that you just have to look and research you know, you can even call us and we can give you other phone numbers of customers. The, you know, we have testimonial reviews on our website. You can go and watch those satisfied customers is what we’re all about. You know, I mean, we don’t want to, you know, have a dissatisfied customer because we always want you to call us back. And you know, that that’s, that’s how we make a living. And the, and to us, that’s free advertising, you know, 60% of our business is repeat and referral, and there’s a reason for that, Bob.

Bob:

Wow. Perfect. Alan, thank you so much. And could you come by right now to look at my washing machine to get that washer repair Tulsa going?

Allan:

Sure. No problem. I’ll be right over.
